Play the classics
A golfing tour in the UK and Ireland will see you play some of the most legendary venues in the game, including the stunning links courses that play host to the Open Championship each year. Top of any keen golfer’s list to play has to be the home of golf, St Andrews, and it’s legendary Old Course. Make sure you get to experience the Road Hole 17th, Hell Bunker and the iconic Swilcan Bridge yourself by purchasing one of our guaranteed Old Course tee time packages. Alternatively, we will be happy to enter you into the daily ballot for tee times during your stay, although this method does not provide guaranteed access.
In addition to St Andrews, there are plenty more legendary courses for you to enjoy, and relive some classic moments. Take on the Postage Stamp at Royal Troon, the Barry Burn at Carnoustie, or relive Nicklaus and Watson’s legendary ‘Duel in the Sun’ at Turnberry. These host courses of the Open Championship will give you a golfing experience like no other.
Away from the Open Championship courses, a number of other incredible courses await your discovery. From the spectacular Twenty Ten Course at Celtic Manor, host for the 2010 Ryder Cup, to the spectacular links courses of Northern Ireland, such as Royal Portrush and Royal County Down, often rated as one of the top 5 in the world.
Away from the UK and Ireland, we also offer a number of venues in Spain and Portugal, that offer stunning golf, as well as warmer, more predictable weather! We can combine these with UK and Ireland tours to give you the ultimate European golf experience.
Wherever you choose to play, we will strive to ensure that your golf tour is one that you and your playing partners will never forget.
We love golf as much as you do
When you speak to us about your golf vacation, you’ll find yourself speaking to someone just as passionate about the game as you are. Every one of us at Your Golf Tours is a keen golfer, and has been fortunate enough to play the venues we offer, so we can offer you first hand, impartial advice.
This knowledge and expertise gives you the peace of mind that every aspect of your trip is being arranged by someone who knows and understands your requirements. We believe that this is vital, which is why we make sure every employee gets to experience as many of these venues for themselves on a regular basis.

Craig Stephenson
Head of UK & Ireland Product
We are very proud of the portfolio of golf courses and accommodation which we provide for our customers. My team work hard to provide the best quality that the golf travel industry has to offer and at extremely competitive prices.
Personally, I cannot recommend enough the feel and history of Trump Turnberry in Scotland. A venue that not only delivers a first class experience but also delivers one of the best links courses you are ever likely to experience.
In Ireland, try the less trodden paths of Donegal & Sligo. Enniscrone with it’s fairways meandering through the dunes is a particular favourite. Finally, in England it has to be the Kent coastline! Try your hand at Royal St. Georges, Princes & Royal Cinque Ports.

I’ve worked in the Golf Industry for 10 years and have played many of the top courses in the UK & Ireland. As a proud Scotsman, my favourite course by far is Royal Dornoch. Its well worth the trip up to The Highlands & Inverness to play some of the most scenic golf you can Imagine. Dornoch, Nairn and Castle Stuart is a dream golf trip, but the less heralded courses at Golspie, Brora and Tain are equally impressive in their own way. No trip up there complete without a trip to a Whiskey distillery, and I can heartily recommend Glenmorangie, followed by a meal in the excellent Glenmorangie House.

I have worked in the golf travel industry for almost 10 years now. And although my golf has not improved in this time, the way golf is perceived has. As a lover of links golf, the British Isles is still the best place in the world for this test of skill against nature! I have been lucky enough to play most of the great Links, but my top 3 favouite experiences would have to be Royal Porthcawl, and its historical club house and views over the bay, Royal Portrush & Calamity Corner (a treacherous par 3 on the back 9), and finally a round on Kingsbarns and a night out in St Andrews town for the perfect golfing day.

I have worked in the golf industry for 7 years specifically focusing on breaks to Ireland. I have been lucky enough to travel the length and breadth of the Emerald Isle playing the top courses the Island has to offer. My favourite has to be Royal Portrush. A trip to Ireland isn’t the same without a couple of days in the area taking in other fabulous courses such as Portstewart and Castlelerock followed by a pint of the black stuff in the Harbour Bar or a trip to the Bushmills distillary.
