The Masters Tournament, commonly referred to as The Masters or The US Masters, is the first of the four Major’s. It differs from the others by always being held at Augusta National Golf Club, a private golf estate in Georgia, usually ending on the second Sunday of April.
The 80th edition of The Masters Tournament will take place between Monday 2nd and Sunday 8th April 2018. Practice days are on Monday – Wednesday with the traditional Par-3 Tournament also taking place on Wednesday, the tournament will take place between Thursday and Sunday.

About Augusta National
Designed by Bobby Jones and Alister MacKenzie, Augusta National serves up a golf tournament like no other. Every aspect of the course is presented in perfect condition, from the impeccably manicured fairways and pure white bunkers to the floral displays of Azaleas and Camellias that decorate the landscape of this former 365-acre nursery.
Measuring 7,435 yards from the tournament tees, Augusta requires powerful driving but the television cameras do not do justice to the sweeping undulations the players encounter from tee to green.
Include golf on your US Masters vacation
For golf in close proximity to Augusta, there are some highly recommend courses in town at Mount Vintage, The Reserve Club at Woodside Plantation and West Lake. Only a short drive away and you arrive at some of the iconic championship resorts and courses such as Pinehurst, Kiawah Island and Harbourtown.
Alternatively you can also enjoy some fantastic and great value golf in the surrounding areas like Columbia, such as Country Club of Lexington, Windermere and Columbia Country Club
